In my opinion a project should start with an idea,
a concept. This will form the strong and necessary foundation to build a brand, create a design, make something which inspires.

After more then 10 years working as a designer and art-director in different design agencies I was ready for a new challenge: Working as an independent art-director and all-round creative across different brands in multi-disciplined teams. Co-creating with my clients and other creatives to create beautiful designs that matter.



BRANDING
'Nope, Not just a logo'
On a well thought through base, beautiful brands can be built. Brands across multiple media. Telling a story, bringing a product or a proposition to life. I believe a strong brand is a consistent brand, across all aspects.
In colour, typography, imagery, style, and tone of voice. Creating a visual identity to a complete brand guide. Working with different other independent creatives to make a brand work, every time!







FOOD & STYLING
'Call me a foodie, please!'
From the love for food and drinks I have focused my creations to the culinary world. Designing a lot of food and drinks brands, but also complete culinary book concepts.
Making the total picture: food-styling, styling, art direction and graphics all come together in a delicious way. Co-creating the tastiest of pages. This is where my true heart lies.

PACKAGING
'...straight out of the box'
My expertise lies in the world of packaging. As an industrial designer by trade, blending 2D and 3D design has always intrigued me.
A mix of advertising and design. Small surfaces where everything has to come together, communicating the right things to make the sale.

Trying to stand out on shelve, appealing to the target audience. The total package (pun intended): from sketching the first line to making it ready for printing.
